Weekend of Relexation

I was so happy that I took time for myself this weekend. I needed it so much and the weather was so gay: rainy and sunny not a perfect time to go for a walk our visit your favorite resto or bookstore. So what I did is I put myself in the vacation mindset inside in my little room by flipping and checking all my summer sweet getaway photos and truly pictures says a thousand words. It says what words can’t, no matter how many words we might use. So I guess we should always have a camera on hand to capture every moment of our lives! remember life is good!

Aside from putting myself into a vacation mode I also had a good night’s sleep. Nothing wastes a Saturday like sleeping past noon, but nothing feels worse than facing Monday under-rested. The only thing worse than impossibly short weekends is arriving back at your desk Monday morning with nothing to show for it. But you can make the most of every Saturday and Sunday by maximizing this free-time. A little R&R will help you face Monday fresh-faced and on the top of your game.

    What a great group of pictures Sunny. The food and Sunny looked amazing and the beer so refreshing. Glad you had a great time with your friends. What's with all the balloons?
    My wife is still recovering from her surgery but is doing very well. It was our 7th anniversary today and we went to lunch at Olive Garden and visited my Aunt Katie (102). It was a very good day. Hope you have a wonderful week.

    my weekend was good. Attended a wedding and my MIL birthday party. It was tiring but it was a perfect time to be with friends and relatives.

    Hoping for a low key weekend this week. Cannot wait!

Camsur Watersports Complex: My first wakeboarding experience

Bicol Trip! After hours of journey from Cagsawa Ruins , through farmlands, mountains and breathtaking scenery of the region we finally arrived at CamSur.   We used the Starex Van for the 3 days bicol trip which owned by our friend and of course we have our fair share of  misfortunes.      Good thing our driver kuya Ceasar the one wearing white shirt was able to fix it. Starbucks Planner 2012- time to ingest gallons of caffeine!

I don’t have a problem with caffeine. I have a problem without caffeine…oh yes! I’m a self confessed coffee-holic. Last year, I suffered from gastritis due to over consumption of coffee but it didn’t stop me, my blood type is coffee and caffeine isn’t a drug, it’s a vitamin.:) So I switched to decaffeinated coffee (decaf). This coffee has less caffeine or 97% of its caffeine has been removed. It works with me. I no longer suffer from inflammation… goodbye antacids. I must admit that I love Starbucks,  (aaminin ko to, na-eenjoy ko talaga yung kape ng Starbucks bakit ba…social climber..OO ako na..hahaha.) so I often spend my rest day at WalterMart Makati Starbucks with a good book. Since it’s the nearest branch at di msyado maraming otaw…di magulo. Apart from their coffee, I’m a big fun of the yearly planner. Not for me but for my sister.  She has been receiving this gift from me for 3 years in a row na. sosyal at katapos back to 3 in 1 brown coffee na ulit...lol So by tomorrow, C
