The Real Deal

Things aren't always going to be fair in the real world, that’s just the way it is but for the most part you get what you give. Let me ask you all a question. What’s worse: not getting everything you wished for or getting it but finding out it’s not enough? The rest of your life is being shaped right now with the dreams you chase, the choices you make and the person you decide to be. The rest of your life is a long time and the rest of your life starts right now. — Haley James Scott, One Tree Hill nobody can save you but yourself. you will be put again and again into nearly impossible situations. they will attempt again and again through subterfuge, guise and force to make you submit, quit and/or die quietly inside. nobody can save you but yourself and it will be easy enough to fail so very easily but don’t, don’t, don’t.just watch them. listen to them.do you want to be like that? a faceless, mindless, heartless being? do you want to experience death be...

To my father, thank you for the 59 years!

few of the last photos with him:( I know that I haven’t updated my blog for months. I have considered you guys as my family. I thought that I would pass this terrible news. Unfortunately, my father passed away last July 3 at the age of 59 of a brain aneurysm. We thought that he could make it through but unfortunately things took a turn for the worse. He passed around 1 am. I had never seen anyone die before. My dad went peacefully but still, it was awfully hard to watch. I had my hand on left hand the whole time. My little brother held a hand or rested his hand on his leg. His heart- he had an amazingly strong heart—stopped beating first. His breathing stopped in fits and start after that. Maybe two minutes, maybe three. Those are minutes I will never forget. My Dad is a man of few words, but he has thought me many things through his actions, which are not always big but genuine and sincere. He’d really someone that I respect and look up to. We may not spend hou...

Hello March!

I’ll admit it. Thanks GOD we bid goodbye to the Love month! So holla March! I’d like to welcome you with open arms and give a serious, man to man taking to. With all due respect I demand the following over the next 31 days.   photo via 1. The ability to wear my work uniform. Sometimes pulling an outfit together takes way more energy that it should. Such an occasional stress. I guess by wearing that Barney polo shirt uniform everyday will save me more time, money and laundry. Did I say Barney oh! Yes its purple…Barney everyday:) 2. The ability to jog outdoors without feeling like my lungs is clawing out of my body like an enraged cat. 3. A real money so I can grant my mom wish to renovate her kitchen and have a sosyal kitchen..arte lang ng mother ko:) 4. Quit: signature coffee. This obsession must stop. I get obsesses with things easily and this is one of those things. Holly Molly! I should stick to 3in 1 coffee or the free coffee vendo in ou...

August...a new month

To welcome the new month of August let’s try to be more positive in life:) We do have many unfulfilled dreams gathering dust in the corner of our hearts? Somewhere along the course of time, we pinned down our passions to follow a robotic existence without inspiration or gusto. With the new month coming, this would be a great time to revive that dead passion! I came across with these wonderful inspirational pictures from tumblr that I feel inspired and I thought of sharing. So grab your favorite piece of beverage and enjoy! Although time seems to fly, it never travels faster than one day at a time. Each day is a new opportunity to live your life to the fullest.  In each waking day, you will find scores of blessings and opportunities for positive change. Do not let your TODAY be stolen by the unchangeable past or the indefinite future! Today is a new day! Life is good!

Change...to change or not to change!

Well Monday is here again. While this of course means the weekend is over, it also means a new week of unlimited potential lies ahead and I do hope this ideas will help you have a happy, productive and meaningful week:)  picture via google To Change or Not to Change? I believe we absolutely can change, if we really want to. The key is in deciding what it is about yourself that you want to change, and then stopping first to consider why. I would never again want to change to make another person happy. I actually believe it's impossible to make anyone else happy. We can each only make ourselves happy. So changing in order to make someone happy is inevitably going to be frustrating and, likely, ineffective. But changing because you want to make yourself happier, that to me is a worthy reason to change. And, really, the only worthwhile reason. Life is good!  -have a great week-

Inspiration

We are human because sometimes we feel like outcasts or weirdos, but that is just something that makes  us  unique. Accept that some days you're the pigeon, and that some days you are the statue. People might raise eyebrows and even make fun, but as long as you can shrug and say "Hey, that's just me" and leave it at that, people will ultimately respect you for it, and you'll respect yourself. I came across with this wonderful  pictures and inspirational thoughts from tumblr that I feel empowered, inspired and I thought of sharing.   Life is Good! And if you have much time please visit this Blog< click here> . I was a guest post last week for "Monday Inspiration"..thank you Starlight..much love:) -have a great start of the week-
