Jason Mraz Live in Manila 2013

I still have syndrome of Jason Mraz Live concert at Araneta Coliseum and since I don’t want to forget the experience let me share it to you.

It was my little bro who push me to buy a ticket for this concert. I guess this is included on his bucket list and Yes! He is a big fun of Jason! In-spite of heavy rains and long queue lines, we went to see Jason Mraz performed live at Araneta Colliseum last May 14 2013. 

Jason brought along a full band consist of nine talented musicians/performers with him. A double bassists, drummer, violinist, pianist, and other more.  The concert was upbeat and lively. Jason did not only showcase his voice but also his dance move:)
 
   Opening act was Zendie, perform 6 songs and the only thing that I remember is “Go the Distance and   
   “Hallelujah” song. There was a 30 minutes idle time as the crew set-up the stage for the main act but     
    when Jason Mraz reappeared on stage, face the exciting audience, blow a kiss and hit his guitar for
the first song of the night…nawala ang antok ko sa kakahintay!

 Jason was wearing a simple black shirt, jeans, sneakers, his trademark fedora hat and a shorter hair which I more like than having that afro, reggae look. The whole band was wearing the blue and white face paint which I don’t know what exactly it symbolized. Baka ito peg na make up nila. Echoz!

The selection of the songs were mostly from his new album and I love how he personalized the lyrics of each songs for the crowd, even saying some Filipino words like, ‘Mabuhay and Salamat po” with his performance of “93 Million Miles” he even said “Thank you for making this place feels like home” oh bet ni kuya maging pinoy! Lol

One thing that I’m happy about more than Jason Mraz is when I turned to look at my little brother and saw him singing along with the music, having a good time. It gives me the feeling that somehow I was a good sister:) for granting his request. He travel thousand miles just to watch Jason.

It was one great concert. People danced and jammed. His powerful words are beyond compare! kaya worth it kahit mahalya ang ticket:)

      Yes, kambal sa Uma...lol...you should try to listen to his feel good songs for sure you will love it.

      btw, the outfit is a good choice, I can move freely...short short lang ang peg:) from forever 21;)

    You are an ideal sib! I wish I could treat my younger sibs to concerts too, but oh well, maybe someday.

    The ticket price was indeed pricey so I didn't bother.

      Jason recording voice at sa live is really the same..so hindi sya maraming editing that's what I love about him:)

    Hi Sunny (I keep addressing you that, I hope it's your name ;)... I just saw a common friend (Key) and Phioxee who also left a comment on my blog before...

    I don't remember watching a live concert of a famous singer/ band. I think it's a wonderful experience esp. when you had your brother around to share it with you.

    I've heard a lot of good things about Jason aside from his great music.

Camsur Watersports Complex: My first wakeboarding experience

Bicol Trip! After hours of journey from Cagsawa Ruins , through farmlands, mountains and breathtaking scenery of the region we finally arrived at CamSur.   We used the Starex Van for the 3 days bicol trip which owned by our friend and of course we have our fair share of  misfortunes.      Good thing our driver kuya Ceasar the one wearing white shirt was able to fix it. Starbucks Planner 2012- time to ingest gallons of caffeine!

I don’t have a problem with caffeine. I have a problem without caffeine…oh yes! I’m a self confessed coffee-holic. Last year, I suffered from gastritis due to over consumption of coffee but it didn’t stop me, my blood type is coffee and caffeine isn’t a drug, it’s a vitamin.:) So I switched to decaffeinated coffee (decaf). This coffee has less caffeine or 97% of its caffeine has been removed. It works with me. I no longer suffer from inflammation… goodbye antacids. I must admit that I love Starbucks,  (aaminin ko to, na-eenjoy ko talaga yung kape ng Starbucks bakit ba…social climber..OO ako na..hahaha.) so I often spend my rest day at WalterMart Makati Starbucks with a good book. Since it’s the nearest branch at di msyado maraming otaw…di magulo. Apart from their coffee, I’m a big fun of the yearly planner. Not for me but for my sister.  She has been receiving this gift from me for 3 years in a row na. sosyal at katapos back to 3 in 1 brown coffee na ulit...lol So by tomorrow, C
