The best poems from her three Word Press and two Multiply poetry blog are now compiled in two anthologies, The Beautiful Fever and Cognac for the Soul at  posh bar Moonleaf - Columns 1 corner Ayala and Gil Puyat Avenues, Makati.   Orpi, had two passions, writing and mathematics. She took up Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Mathematics and worked as member of the faculty at the University of the Philippines for five years. A few years ago, she resigned from teaching post to pursue a writing career. She currently hold a three-tier job at Game Services Group, Inc. – Creative / technical writer, mathematical analyst and academic consultant.
